Winsy is a private family timeline app that helps parents and guardians document their child’s stories, milestones, memories, photos, achievements, and growth journey.
Winsy is intended for use by parents or legal guardians. By adding child information to Winsy, you confirm that you have the right and authority to upload, manage, and share that child’s information through the app.
Winsy may allow you to invite family members or trusted people to view or contribute to a child’s timeline. You are responsible for choosing who can access your child’s information and for managing their access.
Invited members may be able to view stories, photos, milestones, memories, and other content depending on their role or access level.
You retain ownership of the stories, photos, certificates, milestones, memories, documents, and other content you upload or create in Winsy.
By uploading or creating content in Winsy, you grant Winsy permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

Winsy is designed as a private family memory and growth timeline space. You should only share content with people you trust. Winsy is not intended to be used as a public social media platform.
Winsy may offer optional AI-powered features in the future, such as summaries, reflections, or growth journey insights based on the content you provide. These features are provided for organization, reflection, and memory-keeping purposes only.
Winsy does not provide medical, psychological, educational, developmental, legal, or professional advice. Any AI-generated output should not be treated as a diagnosis, assessment, or professional recommendation.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, features, limits, and availability may change over time.
Subscription purchases may be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their billing, cancellation, and refund policies.
We strive to keep Winsy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, you are responsible for keeping your own backup of important photos, documents, and memories where appropriate. Winsy should not be your only copy of important files.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, threaten the safety or privacy of others, or create legal or security risks for Winsy or its users.
You may stop using Winsy and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account may permanently remove your child profiles, stories, milestones, memories, attachments, sharing access, and generated data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winsy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
